Afreximbank provides US$64 million acquisition finance for Axxela equity investment

African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) provided a US$64 million acquisition finance facility to Levene Energy Development Limited to finance its equity contribution towards BlueCore Gas InfraCo's acquisition of a 30% stake in Axxela Limited. The financing formed part of the wider acquisition of Axxela by the BlueCore consortium.
