Beacon Software’s US$225-million Series C financing

On June 9, 2026, Beacon Software announced that it raised US$225 million in a Series C round led by General Catalyst and HarbourVest with participation from Lightspeed, Intrepid Growth Partners, Valiant Peregrine, BDT & MSD Partners’ affiliated funds, Journey LP, Sator Grove and other investors. This new funding brings Beacon’s total capital raised to over half a billion dollars in the last year. The company plans to use the funding to advance the development of its AI-native business operating system and fuel continued acquisition of essential businesses.
