Champion Breweries ₦19 billion acquisition financing

Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria provided a ₦19 billion acquisition finance facility to Champion Breweries Plc to fund its acquisition of the Bullet beverage brand portfolio from Sun Mark.

The transaction supports Champion Breweries’ strategy of becoming a diversified pan-African beverage business.
