Clientele Limited has officially delisted from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), completing its transition to private ownership following the close of trading on 29th June 2026.

As part of the transaction, the financial services group offered minority shareholders R19.90 per share in cash, a 25% premium to its 30-day average traded price, while providing shareholders who remained invested with an opportunity to participate in an unlisted structure supported by periodic liquidity mechanisms. More than 93% of eligible shareholders elected to retain their investment.

The delisting is intended to address persistent valuation discounts, limited trading liquidity and the regulatory costs associated with maintaining a public listing.
