Frontier Lithium Raises US$10.75 Million (C$15 Million) to Advance PAK Lithium Project

Frontier Lithium Inc. has completed a US$10.75 Million (C$15 Million) bought deal offering, issuing 20 million units at US$0.7 (C$0.75) per unit through a syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Capital Markets. The financing provides additional capital to advance the company's PAK Lithium Project, a significant lithium development asset, while also supporting general corporate and administrative requirements.

The transaction comes as demand for lithium and other critical minerals continues to grow, driven by the global shift towards electrification and energy storage. The successful capital raise strengthens Frontier Lithium's financial position as it progresses the PAK project and advances its broader strategy of developing domestic critical mineral resources.
