GoldInxs Mining Completes IPO and Debuts on TSX Venture Exchange

GoldInxs Mining Corp. has successfully completed its initial public offering and commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) under the ticker INXS. The company raised approximately US$1 Million (C$1.54 Million) through the issuance of 15,448,000 units at US$0.0071 (C$0.10) per unit, with Haywood Securities acting as sole agent.

The proceeds will primarily fund Phase 1 exploration and part of the Phase 2 drilling programme at the company's Fishpot Property, while also covering listing expenses, property maintenance, working capital and general corporate purposes. The successful listing provides GoldInxs with access to public capital markets to accelerate exploration activities and advance the development of its mineral assets.
