Guinea Insurance Plc undertook a ₦5.8 billion rights issue comprising 5,295,200,000 ordinary shares at ₦1.10 per share, on the basis of two new shares for every three held.
The offer opened March 25, 2026, and was aligned with Nigeria's evolving risk-based capital framework and increased minimum capital thresholds under the Nigerian Insurance Industry Reform Act (NIIRA) 2025
