Mubadala Capital has submitted a binding US$1.143 Billon take over offer for Pierre & Vancances-Center, one of Europe's largest leisure and hospitality operators, in a transaction that could result in the company's delisting after nearly three decades as a publicly listed business.

The offer, unanimously supported by the company's baord, values the group at $1.90 per share, with a potential additional payment if a squeeze-out process is implemented. Operating more than 45,000 apartments, houses and villas across 330 destinations, Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs is a leading player in Europe's experience-led tourism sector.

The proposed acquisition reflects growing investor confidence in hospitality and leisure assets, as demand for destination-based travel and experential tourism continues to strengthen across Europe.
