PDG Affiliate Acquires Great Canadian Casino Vancouver

Casino Vancouver Limited Partnership, an entity affiliated with Petroglyph Development Group Ltd. (PDG), has acquired Great Canadian Casino Vancouver in Coquitlam, British Columbia, from Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. The transaction involved a sophisticated structure combining asset purchases and share transfers, alongside regulatory approvals from multiple authorities, coordination among several legal teams and the negotiation of post-closing transitional support arrangements. The acquisition forms part of a broader expansion by PDG and the Snuneymuxw First Nation across British Columbia's gaming sector. Together with other recently announced acquisitions, the transactions are expected to postition PDG among the province's largest casino operators by revenue and as Canada's largest Indigenous-owned gaming operator by revenue. Beyond its commercial significance, the acquisition represents an important milestone in the Snuneymuxw First Nation's economic development and continued participation in the gaming and hospitality industry.
