Property purchaser secures ownership rights against Paradise Lifecamp Estate

The High Court of the FCT, Lifecamp, delivered judgment in favour of the claimant in Suit No: CV/5508/24 – Clifford Okere v. The Paradise Lifecamp Estate.

The Court affirmed the claimant's ownership rights, held the Defendant in breach of contract, and ordered completion and delivery of the property within three weeks.
