Rexel Acquires Techno-Contact to Strengthen Electrical Solutions Capabilities

Rexel, a global leader in the distribution of electrical products, services and solutions, has completed its acquisition of Techno-Contact, a provider of low and medium voltage electrical solutions. Techno-Contact delivers integrated electrical services spanning the design, manufacturing, distribution, integration and maintenance of electrical systems for commercial and industrail customers.

The acquisition strengthens Rexel's capabilities in electrical solutions while expansing its presence in a strategically important segment of the market. The transaction brings together complementary technical expertise and market capabilities, positioning Rexel to further support customers with increasingly sophisticated electrical infrastructure requirements.
