The San Miguel Group, a leading multinational citrus producer and industrial fruit processor, has secured a US$81 million refinancing package from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, and IDB Invest, with participation from Rabobank.

Structures as an A/B loan with an eight-year tenure and a two-year grace period, the financing will refinance existing short-term debt, strengthen working capital and support the company's strategic expansion across Argentina, Uruguay, South Africa and the Caribbean.

The transaction also advances San Miguel's transition towards higher-value industrial citrus processing, reinforcing its position as one of the Southern Hemisphere's leading producers and exporters of value-added citrus products while supporting long-term operational growth.
