SBI International Holdings AG (a subsidiary of the Swiss-Israeli global infrastructure group Shikun & Binui) has successfully completed the divestment of its 97% equity stake in Reynolds Construction Company (Nigeria) Limited (RCC) to the local engineering firm Hensek Integrated Services Limited, led by Managing Director Uwem Okoko.
Structured through the comprehensive sale of SBI’s entire shareholding in C & D (Nigeria) Limited alongside its direct interest in RCC, this landmark transaction marks a major transition of ownership to a prominent local player within Nigeria’s competitive infrastructure sector.
