Snuneymuxw First Nation Affiliate Acquires Chances Maple Ridge

Chances Maple Ridge Limited Partnership, an entity affiliated with Petroglph Development Group Ltd. (PDG), has completed the acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of Great Canadian Entertainment Centres Ltd. and 0836906 B.C. Ltd. from Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. The acquired entities hold the assets, properties and rights supporting the operation of Chances Maple Ridge, a casino and entertainment destination in Maple Ridge, British Columbia.

The transaction involved a complex six-entity corporate structure, multiple regulatory approvals and a coordinated closing involving several legal teams, alongside post-closing transitional support arrangements. The acquisition represents another significant step in PDG and the Snuneymuxw First Nation's broader expansion in Canada's gaming sector.

The series of acquisitions is expected to establish PDG as one of the British Columbia's largest casino operators by revenue and Canada's largest Indigenous-owned gaming operator by revenue, supporting long-term economic growth and self-determination.
