Source Atlantic Limited, a division of Lawson Products' Canadian business within Distribution Solutions Group (DSG), has completed the acquisition of Eastern Valve & Control Specialties Ltd., strengthening its industrial distribution and service offering across Atlantic Canada. Based in Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador, Eastern Valve provides industrial valaves, instrumentation and flow-control solutions to customers across industrial and infrastructure sectors. Founded in 2002, the company has built a strong reputation for technical expertise and responsive service supporting critical process and flow-control requirements. The transaction reflects continued strategic consolidation in Canada's industrial distribution sector and positions Source Atlantic to deliver broader technical and service capabilities to customers across the region.
