Thesis Gold & Silver Secures US$31.53 Million (C$44 Million) Strategic Investment from AngloGold Ashanti and Centerra Gold

Thesis Gold & Silver Inc. has completed a strategic equity financing of approximately US$31.53 Million (C$44 Million), anchored by AngloGold Ashanti plc and supported by existing investor Centerra Gold Inc. AngloGold Ashanti invested approximately US$27.73 Million (C$38.7 Million) through the purchase of 13,858,883 common shares, alongside an investor rights agreement governing its relationship with Thesis. Centerra exercised its participation rights, investing a further US$4.08 Million (C$5.7 Million) to maintain its pro rata ownership. The proceeds will support working capital and corporate requirements, including ongoing technical studies for the company's 100-owned Lawyers-Ranch Gold-Silver Project in British Columbia's Toodoggone Mining District. The investment brings two established global mining companies into Thesis' shareholder base and empowers the company's financial position as it advances one of British Columbia's emerging precious-metals development projects.
