A consortium of communities from the Ts'elxweyeqw Tribe has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Elements Casino Chilliwack from Great Canadian Entertainment, marking a significant economic development for the indigenous communities involved.

Subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, the transaction will see ownership of one of the Fraser Valley's leading gaming and entertainment destinations transfer to the Ts'elxweyeqw Group.

Located in Chilliwack, British Columbia, the casion features slot machines, live and electronic table games, bingo, dining, and live entertainment. The acquisition aligns with the Tribe's long-term strategy to strengthen economic self-determination, expand community-owned enterprises, and create sustainable opportunities for future generations while reinforcing indigenous participation in Canada's gaming and hospitality sector.
