Zenith Bank acquires Paramount Bank Limited (Kenya)

Zenith Bank Plc acquired the entire share capital of Paramount Bank Limited, establishing its first East African subsidiary and expanding its pan-African banking footprint.

The transaction was completed following regulatory approvals in Nigeria and Kenya, including merger clearance from the Competition Authority of Kenya.
