Zillnk, formally known as Si Chuan Heng Wan Ke Ji You Xian Gong Si, has secured recognition and enforcement of its international arbitral award after succesfully defeating a cross-application seeking to have the award set aside. Justice Black of the Commercial List issued the ruling on July 16, 2026, examining questions of procedural fairness, jurisdiction, and public policy before concluding there was no ground to dusturb the award. The cross-application to set it aside was dismissed. The outcome allows Zillnk to enforce an award of US$4,433, 321 (C$6,113,706) and US$9,667,163, along with entitlement to future profits tied to the improper use of its intellectual property, and arbitration costs exceeding US$2 million.
